Pre-season Recap

In preparation for our spring season, Cal Women’s Rugby played in three tournaments this off season: Dixon Scottish Games, Stanford 10s, and Scrum by the Sea. In Dixon, we played against Chico, Davis, and Sacramento State, and many of our rookies played in their first rugby match. Triplett to step down as CWR Head Coach

Cal Women’s Rugby Head Coach Mari Triplett recently announced that she will step down after two seasons to focus on upcoming family needs. Summer Camp Registration Now Open!

Registration for our summer camp for high school girls rugby players is now open! The camp is a day-camp format, that will be held over two days: Saturday July 22nd, and Sunday, July 23rd. Both days of camp will be held on Witter Rugby Field, one of the most premier rugby pitches in the country. Spring Wrap-Up

The 2017 spring 15’s season posed challenge, growth, and numerous learning opportunities that revealed CWR’s physical and mental resilience. With the addition of Humboldt State to our league, Cal faced off against Chico State, UC Davis, Humboldt State, and Stanford University for a total of eight matches.
